The primary Author and Project Management duties at D&G are communication and quality. These roles specifically include setting and enforcing deadlines and facilitating interaction with the author and/or publisher.

These responsibilities also include checking a book's quality both in design and information. Communication is a top priority, both in relaying status on a project and in problem-solving, in order to ensure the successful completion of a project.
